Week 5 weigh-in

Well… I was flat for this week. In fact, up just a tiny bit- like a half a pound. But what’s interesting is the body comp is showing that the body fat is coming down. So I’m more than thrilled with today’s weigh-in . Would I’ve liked to have seen 213? Of course I would. But with the roller coaster that I went on after the week getting back from camping, this week settled things down a bit. So I expect that next week we will start seeing the scale dropping again.

I have developed a couple of new strategies for this week as well which seemed to really get the ball rolling on energy levels and cravings. I can tell you about those more after I spend another week testing them out to see if it’s a consistent process.

But for now I have to go get ready and get packed we are taking our 8 year old to the ocean for a quick mini vacation before he starts back to school.

On the work out front I’m very excited because my new heavier SlamBall will be here on Monday!
