Small Goals Lead to Big Results

Battle ropes kick my ass

Crawl before you walk. Walk before you run. Float before you swim.

Small Goals. That’s the key. Last week I didn’t have huge losses on the scale and I didn’t have huge progress in the workouts. So this week, the goal is to make small adjustments and set small goals for the week in order to bust through the 4th week plateau.

But that’s only one key to breaking plateaus. The other is to be diligent. When you plateau, your body is adjusted to what you have been doing, so for the next couple of weeks, it is super important not to give in to cravings and temptations and boredom.

Diligence and small goals.

So my goals for this week are simple:

  • Eat clean with no cheating everyday this week.
  • Add 15 mins to my cardio.
  • Lose 3 pounds of BF by Saturday.

That’s it. By doing 1 and 2, 3 should come naturally.

It’s time to workout now.
