
Still didn’t bust through down to 214.
A little disappointed sure. But the body fat percentage is down again. And after 6 weeks I can tell is that I’m feeling better, my clothes are fitting differently, and my attitude has improved.
It’s not just about the scale. The scale is a good measure of progress but other things matter. That’s not to say I’m diminishing because I have very specific scale goals.
I know how my body reacts. And I know for a fact that I need to be down at 200 or below before I start building back up. That’s just the way it is. So I will continue to concentrate on the scale. But also I will embrace the positive results of things other than the scale.
My wife and I are going to take a little small road trip today. Mostly because it’s going to be blazing hot again today and this gives us an excuse to spend some time in the air condition car. Mostly I just did this post to check in about my weight and I will talk to you guys on Monday.
