Wow. What a crazy weekend. But it was great. Our hotel was HORRIBLE, the people of the town were barely tolerable. But the weather was a little breezy but pretty. Oh…and we won $1000 Nordstrom shopping spree. So we split it and went crazy. Lol

I assumed that the scale would not be kind but actually we both stayed the same weight, despite eating too many carbs. That tells us that we’ve busted through the plateaus and this week should have some significant losses.

Also, we’re almost through the 6th week alcohol free and we’re starting to really feel the benefits. We’re both sleeping better, the dark circles under my eyes are disappearing and according to the scientific research, our livers should have begun repairing and detoxification has progressed substantially.

Also, I have discovered the joys of cold brew coffee…

High hopes for the week…full ahead.
