Ok. So maybe I am addicted to something else.

Ok. That’s out of the way. I feel better now that I have gotten that off of my chest.

I added Psyllium husk to the regime this week. Which means, very soon, we’re going to have some very honest talk about pooping. If you don’t know about Psyllium husk, you should educate yourself. I will give you a quick run down here but just be a grown up and Google it.

Basically is is a water soluble fiber. It plows through your intestinal tracks like a snowball, collecting poo and other waste from the walls of your colon and shoving it out of your gross body.

Now. A word of warning. It’s is not pleasant. It isn’t like drinking Metamucil or some worthless crap like that. It’s gritty and thick. Now, you can take the capsules, but they don’t work NEARLY as well.

I don’t mind the drink. My wife HATES it. It’s all about your tolerance for drinking dry, gritty, ground up weeds with the consistency of topsoil.

Just drink it. It helps. Helps detox. Helps your guts. Helps you lose weight. It helps.
